Beer Label Art

I created the visual identity for Toronto’s Henderson Brewing Company. I am responsible for all of their graphics needs for advertising, marketing, promotions, apparel packaging and more. Among my projects is the creation of about two label designs per month. Here’s a sampling:

Independent Event Posters

Over the years, I’ve had the good fortune to be able to indulge my interest in experimentation by working on many different posters for independent events around the City of Toronto.

Sprockets

Sprockets Film Festival needed a new visual identity and, after several attempts with agencies, gave me ten days to design a new look and feel for the seven-day event for 4-16 year-olds. Borrowing from their established colour palette, I gave the brand a fresh, energetic look that would connect with boys and girls of any age, and be used across all touchpoints in upcoming years.

Student Film Showcase

The Student Film Showcase is an annual tiff initiative that offers student filmmakers a theatrical audience and professional contacts in the industry. They wanted to continue with their tradition homegrown illustrated looks, but otherwise wanted fresh ideas. The Soviet Collectivist approach I used resulted in one of their most popular and collectable posters.
